1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms:

• "Platform" — The 7c7c.lat website and all services, mobile versions, and applications within it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the 7c7c platform or is using its services.
• "We" or "7c7c" — The authority that operates this platform.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal profile and wallet on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, free credit, or other incentive provided by 7c7c.
• "Transaction" — Any activity related to depositing or withdrawing funds on the platform.
• "Bet" — Any wager placed by a user in a game or sports betting market.

2 Account Registration and Management

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 7c7c:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Your account login password and details must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 7c7c reserves the right to complete account verification at any time and without prior reason. A national ID card or other documents may be requested for verification.
• Creating an account and using the platform is entirely your own voluntary decision and is done at your own responsibility.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to financial transactions on 7c7c:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount via any payment method is ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposits are only accepted from an account registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party may be cancelled.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or fraud, 7c7c reserves the right to suspend transactions and conduct an investigation.
• Any dispute or complaint regarding account balance must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.
• We strictly follow all applicable regulations to prevent money laundering.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Bonuses and promotional offers from 7c7c are provided based on the following conditions:

  4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳31,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, earnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing a total of ৳30,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited funds.

  4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and only for the user to whom it has been offered.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found on any account, all bonuses and bonus-related earnings will be deducted from that account.
• 7c7c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, the same IP address, or the same device is prohibited.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

The 7c7c VIP Program offers special benefits to regular users. The program terms are as follows:

• The VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze tier, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.
• Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the user's activity and history on the platform.
• VIP cashback is credited to the account each week according to a set schedule.
• VIP benefits are subject to change, and 7c7c may revise the VIP policy at any time.
• In cases of fraudulent activity, VIP membership will be cancelled and no cashback will apply.

6 Game and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to casino games and sports betting on the 7c7c platform:

  6.1 Casino Games

• All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• Game outcomes are entirely chance-based and previous results do not influence future results.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result of that round will be determined according to the server's records.
• If a game becomes void due to a technical error, the bet placed on that game will be considered cancelled.

  6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted until the betting market closes. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Bets are settled after the official result is announced. In the case of a disputed result, the final decision of the relevant authority will be accepted.
• If a user possesses inside information about the outcome of an event, or participates in match fixing, it will be treated as fraud.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7c7c platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Registering using false, fake, or another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Hacking, manipulating, or otherwise tampering with the platform's software.
• Playing or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harming, defrauding, or harassing other users of the platform.
• Playing games or placing bets on behalf of a third party without the user's authorization.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of 7c7c.

8 Responsible Gaming

7c7c believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. We are committed to ensuring responsible gaming:

• Users can set their own limits on deposits, bets, and losses.
• A self-exclusion option is available to temporarily or permanently restrict yourself from the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

7c7c does not bear any responsibility for the following:

• Any game or bet affected by the user's internet connection issues or device malfunction.
• Service disruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances (earthquake, flood, war, pandemic, etc.) or third parties.
• A user's account information falling into the hands of a third party when the user has disclosed it themselves.
• A game's outcome being affected by a technical error — in such cases the bet will be cancelled.
• Any financial loss incurred by the user as a result of playing games is entirely the user's own responsibility.

7c7c endeavors to maintain reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.

12 Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

• 7c7c reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• Failure by 7c7c to exercise any right under these terms and conditions will not be considered a waiver of that right.
